I didn't vanish! I have had a lot of things happening, one is mentioned in the paragraph below, which by now really is a year old and not actually "news". Shortly if all goes well, this site will get a new look as I revamp it and add a custom means of keeping things fresher.

New forum and blog for Linux and Open Source.

I have opened a new site for Linux and Open Source. I am slowly adding content to the main site as I get time. It is far from polished, much less being a "finished product". Here is the Blog and the Forum. I am still keeping the two attached to this site running. Feel free to visit!! Here is the main N3MTJ Linux site, but not a lot is happening there yet. Note that I have these links opening a new tab.

On the road? A PDA/Smartphone friendly webpage designed just for smaller screens!! This page you are used to seeing will stay, I'm just adding a new page that will be a friendly jumping in point for smaller screens. I have made my blog small screen friendly. It will look the same on "regular" computers, but it now automatically recognizes most small screen devices, and formats the pages just for them. The N3MTJLinux blog also supports PDA's and small screens.

Public Awareness Note: We are now in the North Atlantic and Pacific hurricane seasons. While it has been off to a slow start, there is still plenty of time for things to turn nasty. Do not let your guard down, and remember hurricane safety and be ready for possible harsh conditions without power and or water if a major storm hits. Be sure you have plenty of water, food that does not need refrigeration or preperation, batteries, and working radios and flashlights. See my blog entry.
